Matt has worked on programmes managing complex transformational change for large-scale international enterprises and has extensive knowledge and expertise of theories, methods and tools that can be deployed in this space. His work often includes working with senior executives on strategic initiatives, behaviour and culture and organisational change, most often through large group collaborations, team effectiveness, coaching and leadership interventions. He has operated as a consultant, facilitator, coach and change agent for 29 years.
Matt has held Director roles in a number of large consulting firms and has worked on projects across Europe and Asia Pacific, working with senior executives from a number of nationalities, sectors and disciplines. These include organisations in financial services, engineering, utilities, and IT, each varying markedly in terms of their structure, governance, culture and maturity.
