Lyndon is an experienced organisational change consultant and leadership coach. He has extensive consultancy experience in a wide range of organisations, working with leadership teams from board level, to front line operations.
Lyndon started his career in supervisory and management skills training in the UK and then South America. Subsequently, his focus moved to management development and organisational change for UK based companies, before joining Waste Management International as head of Leadership and People Development.
Lyndon worked for Senn Delaney, a consultancy firm which specialises in transforming organisational cultures. In this role, he managed client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance on how to shape an organisational culture to achieve better business results.
Key clients include: Airbus UK, Alcoa, Bentley, Burger King, Charity Aid Foundation, GlaxoSmithKline, Jaguar Land Rover, Staffordshire County Council, United Utilities, Volvo.
Lyndon currently carries out executive coaching. Through experience and research Lyndon has come to recognise that in all organisations a key leverage point for organisational change is the quality of the leadership and that one of the most powerful ways to develop leadership capability is through coaching.
