Karen has been working as an internal and external transformation change consultant, senior manager, university lecturer, facilitator and leadership coach for over 25 years. She has a proven track record of working with Boards and Executives aligning business strategy, culture, leadership development and performance with business outcomes.
Working with Public, Private, State and Local Government sectors, she develops and implements systemic transformational culture development programs that build internal capability and ownership, delivering sustained benefits for both people and organisations as a whole.
Karen is passionate about supporting people to be the best they can be, and is an experienced leadership coach utilising leading-edge diagnostic tools such as The Leadership Circle, LSI and MBTI.

Karen is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with specific experience serving on School Boards, having a particular interest in the leadership development of youth.
