Justin Bridge.




Born and raised in New Zealand, Justin worked in multiple industries in over 40 countries, throughout a 30-year career.

Justin works with corporates across the world coaching senior individuals, enhancing the effectiveness of top-teams, designing and delivering sophisticated senior-level executive-development initiatives and advising on talent strategy.

He has delivered executive coaching and leadership development initiatives to multinationals such as Siemens, Morgan Stanley, RBS, Jones Lang LaSalle, Novartis, Shell and Daimler.

Justin has worked in the EU, eastern Europe, the US, Middle East, China, South East Asia and Japan, holding roles as Managing Director (Asia Pacific) at Mannaz, Chief Learning Officer at Jardine Matheson, Head of Talent & Development at Univar and as a consultant at Corven Inc. and A.T Kearney.

Justin holds a BA in English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, where he won the McFarlane Prize for Leadership.
