Jo has 15 years’ experience supporting individuals, teams and organisations to achieve and embed sustainable culture change. She has a background in culture transformation, change management, employee communications and engagement. Her experience has been gained from both in-house and consultant roles.
Jo is passionate about supporting organisations to create and sustain shifts in their culture to maximise performance. She has worked with teams and leaders across multiple sectors including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, financial and professional services, technology, public services and charities. She has an in-depth understanding of shaping and embedding organisational culture, working alongside senior leaders to shift behaviours and build powerful networks to drive change.
