Iuri has over 7 years’ experience as a consultant and project manager. In these roles, Iuri has helped drive client success through structured and practical diagnostics on employee engagement and organizational culture, using both quantitative and qualitative research, with its varied formats and techniques.
Having worked with dozens of large companies in several industries, Iuri has also background in organisational development and internal communication at a number of large multinationals. A postgraduate in People Management (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and in Groups Dynamics (Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica dos Grupos), Iuri also holds a graduate degree in Marketing & Communication (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing). He is currently studying Conflict Mediation, Dialogue Facilitation and Consensus Building at Palas Athena.
Iuri’s key focus is on taking a deep and systemic view of client challenge. Working with all levels, from executives to back office and frontline employees, Iuri’s aim is to help them increase their level of understanding about different points of view; promoting insights about the subtle relationships between beliefs, behaviors and outcomes, both at the individual and collective levels; and delivering analyzes with clarity in different contexts and for different audiences.
