Geraldo over 15 years’ experience coaching leaders of all levels, from management teams to board members. His prime focus is on leadership development during periods of challenge, transition and crisis, and on building cultural transformation capabilities amongst senior teams.
Geraldo’s experience is grounded in analysis and theory, with a focus on individuals that helps to bring authentic and empowering transformation amongst their teams. He also develops Artificial Intelligence projects, which uses game technology and machine-learning, focused on people management.
Geraldo has always had a focus on team building and leadership training, even in previous roles as a Chemical Engineer, and when working in IT teams in the Finance sector. From here, Geraldo graduated in Clinical Psychology (Faculdade São Marcos), when he focused on Human Resources, conducting executive search projects, and learning coaching skills.
Geraldo is driven by a desire to contribute to the creation of more human and developmental organisational cultures. He believes that the best results come from a transformation in the dynamics between management teams and leadership teams.
