Chris has over twenty years’ multi-national experience as a business leader, entrepreneur and trusted adviser in publicly traded, private partnership and family-owned businesses with revenues between $1m and $16bn.
He has built and led diverse global teams, helping to ensure growth of both the organisation and its team. He has particular expertise in evaluating, advising, and expanding professional services firms focused on Management Consulting, Strategic Change, Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Consulting. Chris uses his “walked in those shoes” experience to work on strategies with firm leaders, focused on building strong foundations for their growth.
In addition, Chris has spent years identifying top talent, as a business leader and search executive, and he has helped leaders assess their own leadership and talent needs, and directly support the identification and attraction of key talent required to grow the business. His combined experience has provided Chris with the understanding of how important leadership is to the culture of an organisation.
