Andrea is a Project Manager, Consultant and Coach with extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Care industry for the Latin American market. Originally from Colombia, she has held several regional level positions with global organizations around the world to develop a strong skill set in cross-cultural sensitivity.
Andrea has a professional background as Business Development and Licensing Director, Alliance Manager and Controller, across diverse multicultural environments. She has a solid record of success leading complex projects from inception to completion with a pro-active approach to planning and a strong competency in managing budgets. She has a great talent for building strong relationships with her clients, which allows her to provide a trusted advisory support in key decision-making in any project she manages.
She received her coach training and certification from IPEC - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in USA. Her coaching practice focuses on Wellbeing Coaching offering tailored coaching-based solutions to patients, caregivers, pharmaceutical companies in Latin America and the USA. She has successfully launched innovative on-line coaching programs supporting patients and caregivers with cancer.
She enjoys practicing yoga. When she isn’t working- you can find her on the beach in the warrior pose!
