One-Day Intro Programme

The why, what and how of culture

Most leaders know culture is important to performance, but are not able to manage it with the level of rigor associated with other business drivers. When business leaders and culture champions understand culture and how it operates, they are able to manage it to achieve the required business outcomes. The organisation needs common language, framework and process in order to discuss, plan and align to their target culture. This programme builds confidence through a pragmatic, clear approach to culture and is designed for anyone who wants to influence organisational culture.
