The AIS Group works to support clients in developing their Leadership capabilities, through training and executive coaching. The business is based on dual platforms of culture development using the Walking the Talk methodology, and Leadership development, to produce and support culture change. Sara leads a team of four Walking the Talk accredited consultants, and a large network of executive coaches, who work in Spain and Mexico, both in English and Spanish languages.
