Cristina Nogueira
Founder

Cristina Nogueira is best known for her strategic mindset, creativity in driving results, passion for people, and capacity to develop strong partnerships. Cris designed the Walking the Talk business model and is in charge of the consulting partner programme, she is also responsible for leading software product development and marketing strategy.
Carolyn Taylor
Founder

Carolyn Taylor is one of the world’s experts in corporate culture. Carolyn first outlined the Walking the Talk methodology in her book, Walking the Talk: Building a Culture for Success (Random House, 2005), which was based on her 20 years experience in the field. Carolyn designed the content of Walking the Talks methodology, and is responsible for selecting and training Consulting Partners in use of the Culture Management System with their clients. Carolyn also oversees quality control and delivery standards.
Rena Jordan
Director, Finance and Administration
Rena Jordan has spent over 25 years helping organisations that she has been a part of, to maximize both their financial and operational success. Rena was a partner at Senn Delaney, one of the leading corporate culture consulting firms in the United States, where she spent 16 years, helping it to grow its worldwide practice. Rena is helping to create the infrastructure for Walking the Talks rapid growth. Her experience both in advising and implementing improvements in the organisations she is involved with, as well as her strong passion for corporate culture will help ensure Walking the Talks ongoing success.
Lynn Pearce
Accredited Consultant Readiness, Planning and Training Tools Leader

Lynn is responsible for the design of Walking the Talk’s off-line training and planning products, as well as the accreditation of consultants in these tools.
Lynn has more than 14 years of experience in management consulting, primarily in the areas of culture change and leadership development. Lynns expertise lies in assisting organisations to develop the mindsets, skills, and behaviours necessary for enabling them to achieve their strategic goals. Lynn has provided organisational development programmes, including diagnostic research; culture development programmes; curriculum design; and project management and facilitation for organisations across a wide range of business segments, including: finance and insurance, IT, engineering, health and pharmaceuticals, utilities, and mining.
Martin Egan, Ph.D.
Assessment Tools Leader

Martin Egan manages assessment and diagnostics at Walking the Talk. In this role, he oversees all assessments conducted globally and is responsible for accrediting Walking the Talk practitioners in using the tools. He has been the lead developer of Walking the Talks evidence-based measurement tools. Martin brings more than 15 years of corporate experience in life sciences and healthcare, and experience as consultant with leading international consultancies.
Raul Bandeira
Chief Partner Officer

Raul Bandeira is a goal oriented professional, known for his creative approach to solving complex business problems and maximising outcomes. He is responsible for developing the Authorised Partner programme and building an ecosystem of thriving organisations that drive the adoption of the Walking the Talk methodology by enterprises worldwide.
